With the Federal Government partial deregulation of the downstream sector, the Board of Directors of Midoil decided that the time was right for Private Participation in this critical sector of the economy.

Midoil proposes to develop a 100,000 bpsd Crude Oil Refinery on 86.48 hectares of land at Sekungba/Ejinrin, Ikosi/Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, Lagos State, South-Western Nigeria.
